Slowing down the morning on the banks of Prior Lake
We founded LoadTest Cold Brew 9 with a simple, quiet rebellion in mind: that coffee shouldn't be rushed. Inspired by the slow-paced elegance of Parisian sidewalk cafés, we wanted to bring a dedicated, craft-first espresso and cold brew bar to our Minnesota neighborhood.
Every batch of our signature cold brew steeps for eighteen hours in our custom-built filtration system, extracting a velvety, low-acid sweetness that you won't find anywhere else. We partner exclusively with local micro-roasters who share our obsession with transparent sourcing and precise roast profiles.
